Anxiety Therapist
Following extensive study including a Diploma in Psychology, Life Coach Accreditation, Psychotherapy, Mediation and Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy I have recently published a book “Understanding Anxiety and Panic Attacks”.
I will be providing group and individual sessions. The purpose is to allow people to come to terms with their anxiety and get on with their lives. The process includes understanding how and why the anxiety is present and dealing with the affect. The lesson behind this is that you cannot change the past, but you can change how you let it affect you.
I am accredited by the WA state body the Professional Hypnotherapy Association of WA Inc as a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist. I am also registered as a provider with one of the leading Health Insurers in WA.
